University of Toronto (U of T) Photo Walk October 23, 2022

October 23 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Tdot Shots U of T Photo Walk

Note: this is an informal photography meetup. If you are interested in our small group, guided architectural and history tour of the university, please send us an email.

This meetup is for photographers, architecture and history fans and city explorers. All are welcome. Our focus is on photography and architecture at the wonderful University of Toronto’s St. George campus. The walk takes place before sunset and will last approximately two hours.

The U of T downtown campus is incredible. We look forward to exploring the historic grounds during peak fall season. This meetup is organized by Mike Simpson, avid photographer and architecture enthusiast.

Some highlights of the walk:

  • Victoria College
  • St. Michael’s College
  • Trinity College
  • Robarts Library
  • University College
  • Soldiers Tower
  • Daniels Building

You do not need to have a professional camera. Many participants shoot with smartphones. Many of us are happy to share photography tips! This event will be an opportunity to network and learn more about photography and the history of U of T.

Meeting location: The meeting spot is TBA, you will receive a confirmation email the morning of the event. Please add [email protected] to your address book. We usually email you by noon with tips and updates.

Transit/Parking: If you are traveling via public transit or car we recommend you plan to arrive or park near Bay Station. or St. George Station. Our walks start at the U of T campus near Bloor St. and Avenue Road. Exact location is confirmed day of event.

After you RSVP an email is sent with a confirmation. If you don’t receive this email contact us.

Hope you will join us! This is one of our favourite photo walks in Toronto! If you have any questions please reach out! Contact me: [email protected]
