Hey Toronto!

It’s a time to make things that are beautiful and informational. Art has the power to change and make our lives better. Let’s provide a lift to our fellow Torontonians and exercise our creative muscles at the same time!

We’re announcing a weekly challenge to create and share images and media about and inspired by the current health crisis caused by coronavirus.

Tdot Shots and Tdot Blog present a weekly curated post that will feature works by Toronto creators that shine a light on the city and the COVID-19 crisis.

The following categories of media are ideal:
Art, Design, Illustration, Painting, Photography and Video

To qualify for consideration in our feature posts and stories:

Follow our pages on Instagram (@tdot_shots @tdot_blog)
Tag your photos with our crisis art hashtag #tdot_crisis_art

Create your art, use our hashtag on your Instagram posts and check out our weekly post every Sunday featuring our picks

Thanks for reading and please keep using our regular hashtags #tdot_shots and #tdot_blog.

By the way, this is a call for contributions, not a contest. Our annual photo contest will return early this year. Tdot Shots Photo Contest 2020 will be announced late this spring/early this summer.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Cheers, wishing everyone well!
